The customer has the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005) which he can exercise, without having to justify the reasons,
within 20 days from the date of receipt of the product.
The return is charged to the customer.
The right of withdrawal expires:
- For lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents);
- Even partial use of the asset and any consumables;
- The lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging.
In the cases indicated above, GESTO Srl will return the purchased goods to the sender.
To obtain a refund of the amount, the customer must, at his own expense, return the purchased products to the following address:

The return shipment can be made by any carrier / courier / shipper the customer deems most appropriate.
How to refund the amount: GESTO will reimburse you within 24 hours of receipt, via Paypal if you paid by card, by bank transfer in other cases.
It is expressly understood that the costs of returning the product and any customs duties, if sent back from outside the European community, will remain the responsibility of the customer.
